Reservations :

A reservation is effective only after receipt of the deposit requested. The deposit isnot refundable in case of cancellation. The deposit is deductible that end-of-convention and whether it has been fully respected. The rooms are available from 3:00 pm and must be vacated by 12:00 am (late charges can be applied).
